Archano AI is an AI automation agency that provides:

• WhatsApp Business automation (chatbots, automated responses, lead follow-up)
• AI-powered lead capture and qualification
• Service order automation and scheduling
• System integrations and workflows with n8n and other platforms
• Business process consulting and diagnostics

Specific details, scope, deliverables, and pricing are established in the contract or signed proposal between the parties.

By using this website, you agree to:

• Not use the site for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• Not attempt to access systems, data, or accounts without authorization.
• Not interfere with the operation of the site or its servers.
• Not submit false, misleading, or third-party rights-infringing content through our forms.

Automations and systems delivered to the client are governed by the specific contract signed between the parties.

Specific payment, cancellation, and refund terms are established in the individual service contract. Generally:

• Implementation payments are made according to agreed milestones.
• Monthly retainers are billed in advance.
• Cancellations require 30 calendar days' prior notice, unless otherwise agreed.
• Refunds for services already delivered do not apply, except in case of our non-performance.

Archano AI shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the services.
• Loss of data, revenue, or business.
• Service interruptions caused by third parties (Meta/WhatsApp, cloud services, etc.).
• Changes in third-party platform policies affecting automations.

Archano AI's maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the 3 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

Archano AI commits to delivering its services with professional diligence. However, we do not guarantee:

• Specific business outcomes (sales, leads, conversions).
• Uninterrupted availability of third-party platforms (WhatsApp, etc.).
• That delivered systems will be compatible with future platform changes.

For clients in Mexico: These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico and any dispute shall be submitted to the competent jurisdiction in Mexico.

For clients in the United States: These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Disputes shall be resolved before the competent jurisdiction in Mexico.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised update date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
